About The Job

We are looking for a Creative to join our Creative team. As Creative you develop unique and inspiring creative concepts for in- and external clients and projects: from concept and editorial development to full execution of our content. To hit the right note with each concept, you thoroughly research clients, goals and previous events and are always up to date on the newest video trends and market developments.

You understand the content needs for motion picture production, online platforms or brand pages and can translate your ideas into creative decks, cards, transitions and captions.

You are a positive and vibrant personality with a passion for extensive and exciting productions. You are allergic to average, think in possibilities and always aim to deliver the highest possible quality - on time and within budget. You are a team player with strong communicative skills that pro-actively includes the right stakeholders at the right time. You don't limit your creative skills to projects and concepts, but are a master in finding creative solutions for occurring problems – always with a smile. You work well under pressure and are able and willing to work outside of office hours (evening hours and weekends) and travel intercontinental on a regular basis.

The Responsibilities

• Content Creation. Content such as: campaigns, brand videos, interviews, images, posters and artwork.

• Writing creative briefings (internal and external)

• Inspire clients with our ideas and capabilities

• Creating scripts and Run of Shows

• Managing the quality of our content during live and post-productions and coming up with on-the-spot solutions to occurring problems.

• Finding new ways to visualize stories

• Managing creative feedback from clients on creative concepts and deliverables. Providing them with out of the box solutions.

• Working directly and with our internal team and external teams.

• Make decisions on the creative approach and execution or manage the creative (on site) team on these responsibilities

• Working closely with our digital team in conceptually creating engaging content solutions & strategies for brands.

• Bachelor or master’s degree

• Fluent in English

• Capable to train, guide and support young talent and interns

• Located in or nearby Guwahati.

• Engaging storyteller

• You have a drivers license

• Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
